Suggested Use

Recommended Dose: Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 mL (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
